On November 25th Congreso hosted and supported State Representative Danilo Burgos and Senator Christine Tartaglione for their Thanksgiving Turkey Drive at our Education and Training Center! 150 turkeys were distributed to community residents and families, some associated with Congreso programs. Out of School Time Program Hosts 3rd Annual Prevention Community Dinner | |
K-8 Out of School Time Prevention Ambassadors and students helped serve free warm dinners to community members during the 3rd Annual Prevention Community Dinner. Building on the momentum of last year’s success, the event began at 3:30pm in the Education and Training Center Parking lot until all dinners were served! The warm meals were accompanied by Congreso resources and giveaways to all attendees. Gracias to everyone who attended! | |

To celebrate 50 years of Sesame Street, Congreso partnered with Sesame Workshop and the National Alliance for Hispanic Health to create a Comfy Cozy Space in our 216 West Somerset Building lobby.
