Congreso Awarded Top Workplace 2022

Congreso de Latinos Unidos is proud to announce that we’ve been selected as a 2022 Top Workplace by the Philadelphia Inquirer! We have now earned this recognition 4 years in a row!

This annual list is based solely on employee feedback through a third-party research partner, Energage, LLC. Thank you to all of our employees who helped make this happen!

To celebrate our achievements, Congreso held a Day of Togetherness & Wellness on May 20th, 2022. Employees gathered outdoors to celebrate Congreso’s achievements with shout outs, a salsa lesson with Flaco’s Dance Factory, lunch, “recess”, and even Mister Softee!
