CDL Student Success β Meet Humberto & Luis |

We are proud to share two graduates of Congreso's Commercial Driverβs License Program β Humberto, 36, and Luis, 33, β are now running their own transport company! Luis, the founder and owner, has named the company LE Trucking and Transportation LLC and the two graduates are hauling construction and electrical supplies to various union construction sites throughout the region. They recently invested in an additional truck that will allow them to secure new contracts and, ultimately, expand the business. When asked about future goals, Luis was quick and happy to share that he would like to become an employer partner of Congresoβs Careers in Trucking program and give many new graduates the opportunity to begin their trucking careers and help them become owner operators someday too. ¡Pa'lante, Humberto y Luis! On March 24th, Congresoβs Employee Appreciation Committee & DEIB Council hosted a hybrid Womenβs History Month Gathering. The event featured special guest Alba Martinez, former Congreso CEO, as well as Congreso team members sharing stories about inspiring and impactful women at Congreso and beyond!
