Additional Health Center Staff Get Vaccinated

We’re happy to share four more Congreso Health Center staff have received their first doses of the vaccine – we now have 10 total staff who are vaccinated!

“I got the vaccine so that I can one day see my family, especially my grandmother who I haven’t had contact with in a while. I’d like for one day for things to back to normal,” said Martha, Registered Nurse.

Pictured with Martha is Erika, Nurse Practitioner; Migdalia, Referral Coordinator; and Patricia, Registered Nurse.

Thank you to all our health care heroes for their extraordinary service on the frontlines! They’ve been working tirelessly testing our patients and community members for COVID-19 since the pandemic began.

Human Pathway Services Program Hosts PNC Bank

for Financial Webinar

Congreso’s Human Pathway Services program cohort concluded their first week of classes with a special guest - Eileen Wood from PNC Bank! With over 30 years of banking experience, Eileen spent the early morning presenting a  ‘Borrowing Basics’ financial webinar to over 15 students.

Students learned about credit, tips to improve credit, and differences between secured and unsecured loans!

“Eileen was super engaging and made students feel comfortable to ask questions and share their real-life experiences. Participation in this cohort's workshop was so successful that Eileen barely got through most of her slides!” shared Dorothy Smith, Manager of Programmatic Employment Services.

Gracias to PNC and Eileen Wood for your continued partnership!
