Congreso Partners with BMT, Pathways to PA & Ceiba for Tax Season

Congreso is excited to partner with Bryn Mawr Trust, CEIBA and Pathways to PA to pilot a program to better serve individuals who take advantage of tax preparation services offered throughout the community!

"The objective of this program is to incentivize individuals to open a savings account and reward them for consciously keeping a balance. Our goal is to educate people about savings and help them get started," said Miguel Alban, Congreso's new board member and Vice President of Multicultural Banking at BMT.

In 2018, Congreso helped more than 500 clients with tax preparation which brought over $1 million dollars back into the community.
