Al Morales From AmerisourceBergen Visits Congreso

On August 6th, Al Morales, Chief Transformation Officer at AmerisourceBergen, visited Congreso’s Executive Leadership team and spent his morning sharing valuable insights on transformation and how it relates to Congreso’s Mission 2 Impact! Over the course of his 20-year career, Mr. Morales has held leadership positions in tax, controllership, and finance positions within the telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and oil & gas industries.

“It was great to have the perspective from someone who is currently taking their organization through large scale transformation and hear about the challenges, successes and tactics that they’ve employed to truly make positive changes within their company,” said Jamie Hughes, Congreso’s Director of Programmatic Development.

Gracias, Al, and we look forward to applying your knowledge in our quest to innovate and maximize Congreso’s impact through our theory of change!
