Pre-Pandemic Financial Assistance

Congreso is collaborating with the City of Philadelphia to connect identified tenants to the Pre-Pandemic Financial Assistance Program (PPFA). The PPFA seeks to provide financial assistance to support households in securing or maintaining affordable, safe, suitable and habitable housing.

Households that complete a PPFA application may be eligible to receive a one-time payment of $5,500 (single) or $8,000 (family). All payments will be direct deposited. Funds are available until June 18th, 2021.
